Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will lead the daily operations of Elemental EMEA’s Riyadh warehouse, overseeing inventory management and the full logistics flow. You will drive process improvements, ensure safety standards, and foster a high‑performing team to support the company’s supply chain objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, managing staff to maintain seamless workflow and strict safety protocols.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimise stock levels and improve order‑fulfilment accuracy.
• Coordinate receiving, storage and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and procedures, applying corrective actions where needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, negotiating favourable terms.
• Analyse performance metrics to identify efficiency opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor warehouse personnel on best practices, safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Manage budgets and resources to keep warehouse operations within financial constraints.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics or production environments.
• Fluent Arabic language skills (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication abilities for cross‑department collaboration.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Financial acumen for budget management.
