Warehousing Operations Manager

About the role

The Warehousing Operations Manager will oversee all inbound and outbound material flows, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth daily warehouse activities. This role combines hands‑on material handling with process improvement and team coordination to support the company’s logistics objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and reconcile incoming materials against purchase orders, documenting any damages or discrepancies.
• Process routine documentation, verify completeness and flag serious errors.
• Maintain an orderly warehouse, records, and storage areas.
• Stock materials following the prescribed inventory system and update system transactions daily.
• Enter and extract data using standard codes and databases.
• Ensure availability of new stock and marketing materials before promotions launch.
• Prepare daily stock reports for senior team members.
• Assist in developing new logistics and materials‑management processes.
• Produce management and ad‑hoc reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate small projects, monitor progress and deliver results.
• Establish and uphold materials‑management service standards.
• Develop and implement shipping and receiving work schedules.
• Control shipment documents and customer acknowledgments.
• Match inventory movements with system transactions on a regular basis.
• Perform other duties as required by senior supervision.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse or materials management, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate teams and schedules.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and reporting.
