Watchmaker – Luxury Timepiece Service

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Watchmaker to join our luxury watch service team, providing high‑quality repair, cleaning, and adjustment services for Rolex, Tudor, and other premium timepieces. The role involves meticulous work in our Jeddah and Riyadh service centers, ensuring client satisfaction through timely and precise watch maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complete watch servicing and regular repairs efficiently.
• Dismantle watches carefully, replace or repair components as needed.
• Clean parts, oil moving components, and adjust movements.
• Test accuracy, demagnetize, and fine‑tune timing regulators.
• Reassemble watches to original condition before returning to clients.
• Identify required parts and coordinate orders with the Spare‑Part team.

Required profile

• WOSTEP Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor in Horology.
• Minimum 3 years of professional watchmaking experience.
• Experience with Rolex watches is a strong advantage.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability.
• Proficient written and spoken English and basic computer skills (MS Office, OS).

Required skills

• Use of loupes, drill presses, truing calipers, watch‑rate recorders, tweezers, and demagnetizing machines.
• Knowledge of watch mechanisms, cleaning, oiling, and timing adjustment.
