Well Testing Supervisor – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Well Testing Supervisor to join a leading Oil Field Services (OFS) company operating in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, this full‑time permanent position focuses on overseeing well testing operations and ensuring compliance with health, safety and environment (HSE) standards. Candidates must possess solid well‑testing experience and the specific HSE training required by the Aramco SAWCOD Training Matrix. Preference will be given to professionals who are immediately available and already residing in Saudi Arabia. The role reports to the Well Testing Manager and collaborates closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver accurate testing data for reservoir evaluation. Applicants will be required to work onsite at the Riyadh facilities and adhere to all company and regulatory safety procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant well testing experience.
• Required HSE training as per the Aramco SAWCOD Training Matrix.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Salary advertised as 1 – 0 Saudi Riyals per month.
