Academic Director – IB School

About the role

The Academic Director will lead the development and delivery of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme at our Riyadh campus. Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you will ensure the school meets IB standards while fostering a culture of academic excellence and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the IB curriculum in line with global standards.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate teaching staff to promote high‑quality instruction.
• Monitor student achievement data, analyse trends, and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with IB accreditation requirements and quality‑assurance processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align academic goals with the school’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in an IB or similar international curriculum environment.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of International Baccalaureate standards and accreditation processes.
• Curriculum development and implementation expertise.
• Experience in teaching and learning management.
