Account Manager – B2B Sales for Market Research & Data Analytics

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of accounts across KSA and the GCC, covering retailers, FMCG, pharma, entertainment and more. You will drive the full sales cycle, from prospect research to signed contract, delivering market‑research, data‑analytics and customer‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of accounts across KSA and the GCC.
• Build pipeline from scratch: research prospects, initiate outreach, run discovery calls and close deals.
• Translate client pain points into scoped proposals across three service pillars: Market Research, Data Analytics, and Customer Performance.
• Manage the full sales cycle with strict HubSpot discipline at every stage.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure sold solutions are delivered and clients renew.
• Stay current on market dynamics, competitor activity and category shifts in target sectors.

Required profile

• Strong business instincts and ability to read situations quickly.
• Habit of thorough due‑diligence before any call or meeting.
• Commercial drive with a focus on closing deals and owning numbers.
• Clear communication in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Deep awareness of how business moves in the Kingdom, key players and decision‑making processes.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM) proficiency for pipeline hygiene and deal tracking.
