Accountant – Finance & Accounting (Saudi Arabia)

About the role
The Finance & Accounting team is looking for a dedicated Accountant to support a machinery trading business in Saudi Arabia. You will manage core accounting processes, ensure accurate invoicing, and provide essential financial reporting and VAT documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions with precision.
- Prepare customer invoices and maintain supporting documentation.
- Record supplier invoices, purchase transactions, and payment obligations.
- Generate receivables aging reports and alert Regional Managers of overdue accounts.
- Verify customer balances before order processing when required.
- Recommend account holds for overdue balances, subject to General Manager approval.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Relevant accounting experience, preferably in trading, distribution, or industrial equipment.
Required skills
- Strong Excel proficiency.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Knowledge of VAT handling and documentation.
- Reconciliation and financial reporting abilities.
