Accountant – Hotel Finance (Lumera International Residence Hotel)

About the role

The Lumera International Residence Hotel is seeking a qualified Accountant to manage its financial operations. The role involves overseeing accounting functions, budgeting, payroll and reporting while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage daily hotel accounts and financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, operating expenses and overall financial performance.
• Process payroll, invoices, supplier accounts and vendor payments promptly.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate financial planning, forecasting and strategic budgeting with senior management.
• Support internal and external audits and provide financial analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and accounting records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel accounting, preferably with international exposure in the Gulf region.
• Fluency in Arabic, Hindi and English.
• Valid passport, clean criminal record and medically fit for international employment.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.

Required skills

• Strong practical experience with the ODOO ERP system.
• In‑depth knowledge of hotel accounting and financial operations.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliation and expense management.
