Accounting Manager – Food & Beverage (F&B) Sector

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Accounting Manager with extensive experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The successful candidate will lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive cost‑control initiatives within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and analyze F&B costs, manage variances, and implement waste‑reduction strategies.
• Ensure full adherence to ZATCA regulations, VAT filings, and local financial laws.
• Supervise stock‑taking processes and integrate POS systems with the general ledger.
• Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash‑flow management to support business growth.
• Direct and mentor the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Proven expertise in the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Solid knowledge of the GCC market.
• Preference for candidates available for immediate joining.

Required skills

• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems.
• Experience using financial reporting software.
