Accounting Manager – Jeddah

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting department, overseeing daily operations, financial reporting, tax compliance and ensuring alignment with IFRS and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits, ensure timely month‑end and year‑end closing, and drive process improvements.
• Facilitate preparation and filing of all tax forms, maintain a tax calendar and monitor regulatory changes.
• Support the controlling team with compliance requirements and ensure a robust control environment.
• Report P&L and balance sheet to headquarters and help uniformize processes across local brands.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 7‑10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 4‑5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local financial regulations, financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Proven experience leading month‑end/year‑end closures, audit coordination and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage, coach and develop an accounting team; professional certification (CMA, SOCPA) is a plus.
