Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Commercial – Beauty)

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management for the commercial beauty business. You will partner with senior leaders to improve profitability and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning.
• Own monthly performance reviews, including sales, margin, operating expenses, profitability and cash‑flow analysis.
• Present financial insights, risks and recommended actions to senior leadership.
• Partner with commercial, retail, supply chain and brand teams on target setting and performance improvement.
• Strengthen reporting, planning processes, data quality and automation.
• Ensure alignment with financial controls, policies and planning timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CIMA or MBA is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margin and cost management.
• Commercial acumen with executive communication and stakeholder‑management capability.
• Experience in retail, luxury, fashion, beauty or FMCG is advantageous.
