Affiliate Management Advisor – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate Management Advisor to join the Eastern Region Fuels Department of Aramco. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will support the management, development and performance optimisation of high‑value downstream joint ventures, ensuring they align with Aramco’s investment strategy and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor assigned joint ventures, representing Aramco in JV Board, Shareholder and Steering Committee forums.
• Analyse affiliate agreements, governance structures and board resolutions, providing reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis and budgeting for transactions and ongoing JV evaluations.
• Oversee JV financial performance, capital expenditures and budget alignment.
• Conduct commercial and financial benchmarking to identify value‑capture opportunities and best practices across the affiliates portfolio.
• Support senior affiliates professionals in ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in affiliate or joint‑venture management within the energy sector.
• Proven track record of profitability improvement, cost optimisation and value realisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
