Architect – Real Estate Projects (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Architect will act as the bridge between client vision and practical execution, overseeing real‑estate projects from concept through handover across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role demands strong design expertise, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to sustainable practices.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into conceptual designs, space plans and schematic drawings.
• Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code, local municipality rules and international standards such as ASTM and ISO.
• Review drawings and material submittals, manage contractors and consultants to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as architectural advisor during client meetings, contractor briefings and authority presentations.
• Implement modern sustainable design principles (e.g., LEED) and leverage BIM/CAD technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 5–10 years of architectural consulting experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• High proficiency in CAD, Revit, Navisworks and 3D rendering tools.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, structural systems and MEP integration.
• Preferred certifications: PMP and LEED AP/PQP.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
