Area Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor – HORECA / Food Service

About the role

This is a hands‑on leadership position for a global FMCG brand expanding in Dammam and the wider Eastern Province. You will be directly responsible for growing the HORECA/Food Service channel while coaching a team of field Sales Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales performance for HORECA/Food Service across Dammam and the Eastern Province.
• Manage, coach and drive a team of Sales Executives to meet coverage, productivity and KPI targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, cafés, distributors and wholesalers.
• Increase distribution, visibility and volume through effective route‑to‑market execution.
• Achieve monthly volume, revenue, margin and collection targets.
• Lead promotions, pricing execution and in‑market activities with clear follow‑through.
• Report on pipeline, route plans, customer performance and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing and finance to ensure high service levels.

Required profile

• Proven FMCG sales experience in HORECA, Food Service or On‑Trade.
• Strong people‑leadership experience managing field teams.
• Deep knowledge of the Eastern Province market (Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran and surrounding areas).
• Comfortable with targets, forecasting, route planning and disciplined execution.
• Confident communicator with negotiation and closing abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to be in the market regularly.
