Assistant Learning & Development Manager – Makkah

About the role

The Assistant Learning & Development Manager supports the hotel’s talent growth by creating and maintaining training tools, coordinating performance reviews, and ensuring quality standards are met. Reporting to senior L&D leadership, the role works closely with the People & Culture team and departmental heads.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and update technical training manuals and tools in collaboration with the Regional Office.
• Coordinate yearly performance reviews for supervisory staff together with the People & Culture team.
• Organise distribution of training certificates and manage course attendance records.
• Develop monthly training, quality, and business summary reports for hotel and regional requirements.
• Lead internal technical training, induction programmes, and e‑learning initiatives for department heads and supervisors.
• Oversee quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and action‑plan implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate learning programs for multicultural, multi‑level audiences.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
