Assistant Outlet Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the daily operations of an outlet at Raffles The Red Sea, a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia. You will help ensure high standards of service, hygiene and guest satisfaction while contributing to the outlet’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the annual operating budget and forecasting outlet revenues and expenses.
• Schedule staff according to forecasted demand while adhering to staffing guides.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of all outlet areas.
• Plan promotions, manage beverage purchases, set pricing and monitor cost of sales.
• Supervise bar personnel, enforce hotel policies, and train staff to achieve professional standards.
• Inspect the outlet before opening and after closing using standard checklists.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a 4‑ to 5‑star hotel environment, preferably with a bar background.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
