Assistant Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to support the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily manufacturing operations at our Jeddah facility. You will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow, meet output targets, and uphold our commitment to quality and safety in plastic manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance across film extrusion, printing, and cutting & sealing lines.
• Optimize production processes to achieve efficiency and meet daily targets.
• Maintain strict quality standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting machine issues under pressure.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with film extrusion machines.
• Hands‑on experience with printing machines.
• Hands‑on experience with cutting and sealing machines.
• Proficiency in quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine and production issues.
• Experience with LDPE, HDPE, and LLDPE materials.
• Production process scheduling and resource management.
