About the role

Qureos Inc is seeking an Assistant Professor of Business Management to deliver introductory business courses to undergraduate students. The role focuses on building foundational knowledge, linking theory to real‑world practice, and guiding students toward potential career pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Teach courses such as Introduction to Business Concepts, Principles of Management, and Business in a Global Context.
• Use case studies, industry examples, and real‑world problems to create engaging, contextualized learning experiences.
• Participate in curriculum development, lesson planning, and continuous program improvement.
• Provide academic advising, office‑hour support, and pastoral care to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Assess student performance through formative and summative methods, delivering constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty to align teaching with degree requirements and maintain accurate student records.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years of university‑level teaching experience or equivalent professional practice.
• Strong expertise in core business concepts and awareness of current industry trends.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
