Associate Analyst, Account Management (Launch Program)

About the role

Mastercard is recruiting an Associate Analyst for its Account Management role in Riyadh, as part of its 18-month Launch Program. The program builds commercial impact through hands-on experience, cross-functional projects and structured learning, giving exposure to several areas of Mastercard's business and preparing candidates for various career paths. The role sits in the Global Markets business unit, which offers two 9-month rotations across curated career tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development track: strategic sales planning, consultative and solution selling, setting sales strategies for products aligned with geographical strategy, identifying and closing sales leads, and sharing market intelligence with product developers and managers.
• Product Management and Solutions track: user experience, product performance and ongoing management, customer needs and insights, and architecting solutions.
• Project coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability, ensuring project goals are met within agreed time, scope and resources, with detailed project plans and implementation managed within budget.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation between March 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1 March 2027.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Eagerness to learn quickly through Mastercard's structured training and organic development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly.
