Associate Director – Digital Transformation (KSA Nationals Only)

About the role

The Associate Director will lead the Four Principles Digital Transformation Team in Saudi Arabia, driving end‑to‑end digital initiatives for key clients. This senior position requires managing project lifecycles, guiding consultants, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation through execution.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring successful collaboration and outcomes.
• Plan and facilitate workshops to define digital roadmaps and strategies.
• Mentor consultants and senior consultants, optimizing team performance.
• Oversee implementation of digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on IT governance, data analytics, applications, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables and clear reporting to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of consultancy experience with a focus on digital transformation.
• Strong leadership, client‑management, and independent engagement capabilities.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills.
