Associate Director of Finance

About the role

Coastal Transportation Services Co., a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is looking for an experienced Associate Director of Finance to join its Mobility team. The role will partner with operations, provide financial insight, and shape the company’s financial direction through budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver regular, insightful financial reports to executive leadership in Mobility and Operations.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes aligned with corporate goals.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models, dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Partner with business units to analyse activity, assess performance against budgets and business cases, and influence strategic decisions.
• Support the finance leadership in meeting group reporting requirements and contribute to the capital and business planning cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in operationally intensive environments.
• Strong accounting foundation (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Commercially astute with a track record of influencing senior management.
