Financial Accountant

About the role

The Financial Accountant will manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations, and support the monthly financial reporting process for our Saudi subsidiary. This position works closely with the Chinese headquarters and local auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, and manage fixed assets and depreciation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, supporting schedules, and reconcile local records with the Chinese headquarters.
• Manage Saudi tax compliance, including VAT returns, e‑invoicing, withholding tax, corporate income tax/Zakat filings and documentation.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with government authorities such as MISA, ZATCA and Saudi Customs.
• Maintain and archive accounting vouchers, contracts, invoices, customs documents and tax records, and provide monthly reports to the headquarters.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting or finance experience in Saudi Arabia, with solid knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA e‑invoicing, WHT, CIT/Zakat.
• Ability to work independently, prepare tax documentation and compile financial reports with strong compliance awareness.
• Good written and verbal English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
