Associate Project Commercial Support

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY LTD is looking for an Associate Project Commercial Support in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role supports the SA 2106 GIS Business and works with the Project Management team on commercial and SAP-related transactions, so that project managers can focus on meeting customer expectations and the unit's profit and loss.

Key responsibilities

• Support project commercial activities such as coordinating bank guarantees and letters of credit.
• Prepare the commercial documents needed to process bank payments via letters of credit.
• Create and update costing information in SAP during the project.
• Prepare documents and drive the invoicing process for all projects, keeping the team on track to invoice on time.
• Provide backup information on commercial transactions to project managers as needed.
• Update system data and files for revenue and payment collection.
• Maintain detailed status updates for internal discussions with the manager on project commercial activities.
• Support project managers with invoicing reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance or a related discipline.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in a project environment with hands-on experience in commercial documentation.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience working with SAP.
