Auditor (SOCPA & CPA)

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified CPA with SOCPA certification to lead accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS and SOCPA standards.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations, including VAT, Zakat and corporate income tax.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and payroll accounting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and lead internal audit processes.
• Prepare and submit VAT and Zakat returns accurately and on time.
• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide management reports and forecasts.
• Support budgeting, cost control and financial planning activities.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi labor, tax and commercial laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CPA certification (US or equivalent) – required.
• SOCPA membership – mandatory.
• 3 to 9 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA standards and Saudi tax legislation.
• Experience with ZATCA, VAT, Zakat and corporate tax.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
