Automation & Control Engineer

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Automation & Control Engineer to join our Riyadh team. You will design, implement, and maintain control systems that ensure the safe and efficient operation of our construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for diverse projects, adhering to industry standards.
• Perform system integration, testing, and validation to guarantee reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective communication and coordination.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to optimise system performance.
• Stay current with industry advancements and integrate new technologies as needed.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Deliver training sessions on control system operation for team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in control engineering, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
