Barista – Master Coffee Specialist

About the role

The Master Barista will join the Beverage team at Kempinski Al Khobar, delivering exceptional coffee experiences to hotel guests. Reporting to the Beverage Manager, you will oversee daily coffee service across the hotel’s outlets, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and specialty recipes.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and related equipment, guaranteeing optimal pressure and extraction.
• Coordinate with the Beverage Manager on inventory, quality control and program planning.
• Provide coffee education to guests, sharing knowledge of origin, processing and flavor profiles.
• Assist in serving food items and other beverages at the coffee bar.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative service environment.
