Beauty Consultant – Faces (Riyadh)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, as a Beauty Consultant for the Faces brand in Riyadh. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote the brand’s values, and contribute to the store’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Represent the Faces brand by communicating its philosophy to customers.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked counter and execute new product launches and merchandising.
• Build and update a customer database to nurture relationships and generate future sales opportunities.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE).
• Stay informed about the brand’s online platforms and recommend them to shoppers.
• Collaborate with store management and participate in brand events inside and outside the store.

Required profile

• Strong passion for beauty and luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets using appropriate sales techniques.
• High personal grooming standards.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a proactive approach.
