Beauty Consultant & Hair Specialist (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Beauty Consultants to promote the Rausch brand and drive sales in key stores such as pharmacies and beauty care shops in Riyadh. The role involves educating customers about product benefits, conducting hair and scalp analysis, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on Rausch products and communicate benefits, ingredients, and usage to customers.
• Visit at least five key stores weekly, including pharmacies and beauty care shops, to promote products through demonstrations, sampling, and educational sessions.
• Conduct hair and scalp analysis to recommend suitable Rausch products.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by engaging with customers and recommending appropriate products.
• Collect customer feedback and provide regular reports on sales performance, interactions, and market trends to the Rausch sales coordinator in Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Previous experience in direct marketing or promotional roles.
• Strong passion for beauty and personal care products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and flexible with hours, including weekends.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.
