BIM Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented BIM Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh. You will develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models for complex construction projects, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive 3D BIM models using Revit, ArchiCAD, or Navisworks.
• Integrate MEP systems into the overall model and perform clash detection.
• Generate detailed clash reports and support design and construction teams.
• Create and manage technical documentation, drawing sets, and construction specifications derived from BIM models.
• Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and best practices are consistently applied across projects.
• Analyze project requirements and translate them into accurate BIM deliverables that meet building codes and industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) in BIM coordination and modeling.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience in MEP coordination and clash detection.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, technical drawing production, and digital documentation systems.
