Biomedical Engineer – Technical Support & Sales

About the role

Smile Agents Company is seeking a motivated Biomedical Engineer to join its Riyadh team. You will act as a bridge between our healthcare and dental software solutions and the clinicians who use them, delivering demonstrations, training, and technical support while also supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide software demonstrations and hands‑on training to doctors, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver technical support and follow‑up service to ensure successful product adoption.
• Assist the sales team during client visits, presentations, and proposal preparation.
• Participate in workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate product value and gather user feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Equipment Engineering.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
