Brand Manager – Rare Disease

About the role

At Ipsen, a purpose‑driven pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Brand Manager for Rare Disease to lead marketing strategy and execution across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand and operational plans, including forecasting, budgeting and competitive analysis.
• Lead the creation of omnichannel campaigns, promotional materials and digital engagement initiatives for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Translate market insights and performance data into actionable strategies that accelerate brand growth.
• Drive scientific engagement activities such as training programmes, masterclasses and educational events.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Finance teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Manage marketing investments to maximise return while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience with a track record of delivering business results.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, brand management and multichannel campaign execution.
• Solid analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting and budget management.
• Scientific or medical degree required; postgraduate marketing qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in multinational healthcare organisations and product launches preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
