Brokerage Services Support Specialist

About the role

Join Moomoo’s dynamic team as a Brokerage Services Support Specialist. You will provide bilingual (Arabic and English) assistance to local and overseas customers, helping them navigate the trading platform and achieve their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering comprehensive support.
• Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring full understanding of product features.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for account upgrades, cross‑sales or expansions during routine interactions.
• Assist clients with trading account registration, verification and platform consultation.
• Resolve technical or operational issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Handle escalated complaints, follow up promptly and ensure proper case closure.
• Record and organize customer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the creation of service processes, knowledge bases and training materials.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned, including working evening, night and weekend shifts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or fresh graduate with strong finance internship) or Diploma with 1‑2 years relevant experience in brokerage or call centre.
• Previous experience in call centre, sales support, technical support, online trading or stockbroking is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English (and Mandarin) are advantageous.
• Professional, independent, meticulous, patient, empathetic with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.
