Business Development Associate

About the role

Agility is hiring a Business Development Associate in Riyadh to drive growth and market expansion across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in the regional offices, the role identifies, researches and qualifies high-value opportunities in Land, Aviation, Healthcare, Data Centers and Logistics, turning market data into actionable insights and supporting the localization and expansion goals aligned with KSA's Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Market intelligence: conduct sector research and qualification in target areas such as logistics, land, aviation, healthcare and data centers, and produce market scans, competitor benchmarks and macroeconomic trend analyses.
• Pitch and proposal work: draft briefing notes, pitch decks and commercial proposals with design teams, and support complex commercial proposals and strategic pilots.
• Pipeline management: keep follow-up tracking systems up to date so post-meeting actions are completed, and maintain stakeholder maps of key decision-makers in public and private sectors.
• Cross-functional alignment: coordinate inputs and data across Operating Companies to build a single view of the business development pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, market research, management consulting or a corporate analyst role, preferably in the GCC or KSA.
• Familiarity with at least two of the target industries (logistics, healthcare, aviation, infrastructure or technology/data centers) is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the KSA business landscape, government procurement tendencies and corporate protocols.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual Arabic is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for data-driven decks and benchmarks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills under tight deadlines.
