E-Commerce Manager

About the role

Alkaffary Group is looking for an experienced and innovative E-Commerce Manager to lead its online sales strategy and grow its e-commerce platform. The role covers e-commerce strategy, product selection and customer experience, working closely with marketing, logistics and IT teams to optimise the website and run promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Set up standards and best practices for product listings, content creation, distribution and maintenance, supporting digital marketing areas such as PPC, email marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, website UX and paid social media.
• Track product sales with web analytics tools and Excel, oversee stock management, category updates and product returns, and work with merchandising, operations and customer service teams.
• Manage product uploads, build new categories, update product details, run promotional campaigns, take part in UAT and check the site regularly.
• Prepare reports on e-commerce trade performance and KPIs, analyse shopping behaviour and trends, and help improve the website's user experience.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a retail-focused organisation, with at least 3 years in digital or e-commerce roles.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Zid and Salla, preferably in a company with both offline retail and online sales.
• Proven ability to manage order fulfilment, returns, inventory tracking and cross-functional workflows.

Required skills

• E-commerce platforms: Shopify, Zid, Salla; analytical tools such as GA4, Clarity or Hotjar.
• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis, including defining and tracking sales targets and conversion funnels.
• Project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana or Notion.
• Understanding of payment workflows (Tamara, Tabby, Mada, COD) and collaboration with finance and accounting teams.
