About the role

Support business development, client follow‑up, CRM management, and commercial coordination. The role works closely with the CEO to identify new opportunities, maintain an active sales pipeline, follow up on quotations and client inquiries, and coordinate meetings and communication.

Key responsibilities

General marketing and sales plans follow‑up
Identifying potential clients and projects
Maintaining and updating the CRM
Following up with prospects and existing clients
Coordinating meetings
Tracking quotations, RFQs and BOQs
Supporting business development activities
Assisting with office coordination when required

Required profile

3+ years of experience in business development, sales coordination, CRM, or client relations
Strong Arabic and English communication skills
Excellent organization and follow‑up ability
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in furniture, interiors, fit‑out, or related industries is an advantage
