Business Development Executive

About the role

Aramex is looking for a Business Development Executive to accelerate financial growth by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing ones. The role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored logistics solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to drive revenue across assigned geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads in partnership with vertical and field marketing teams to create new revenue opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key contacts in target organisations, using a value‑based approach.
• Analyse customers' business objectives and translate them into actionable opportunities for Aramex.
• Present Aramex solutions, highlighting the value proposition and alignment with client goals.
• Collaborate with the solutions group to design innovative offerings that add operational value.
• Work closely with account managers to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Network with industry peers and internal teams to share best practices and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
