Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for Expertise Industrial Services by identifying new opportunities across catering, facility management, manpower, housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance services. You will build strong client relationships and support the company’s commercial objectives in the Jubail region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the listed service areas.
• Conduct market research to locate potential clients, projects, tenders and business leads.
• Generate leads through networking, client meetings, market visits and referrals.
• Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, presentations and tenders in coordination with relevant departments.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts and service agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with operations teams to design suitable service solutions and ensure smooth contract mobilisation.
• Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, quotations and tenders.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for management.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and industry developments.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions and networking events as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Facility Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience, preferably in industrial catering, oil & gas or facility management.
• Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, tendering and contract negotiation.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
