Business Development Manager - DELL

About the role

Ingram Micro, a leading technology company in the global IT sales channel, is hiring a Business Development Manager for its DELL portfolio in Riyadh. The role accelerates business growth, strengthens partner engagement and expands DELL's presence across the Saudi Arabian market, working closely with sales, marketing, vendor and channel teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the DELL portfolio, increase market share and meet revenue objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, system integrators and key stakeholders across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing partner relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, marketing and vendor teams on go-to-market initiatives, enablement programs and pipeline growth.
• Lead business reviews, analyse market trends, track performance metrics and recommend actions that improve partner success.
• Manage vendor engagement and influence stakeholders to align priorities, investment plans and growth initiatives.
• Support strategic projects and mentor less experienced team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, channel sales, account management or vendor management within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, channel ecosystems and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.
