Business Development Manager - Enterprise Software & Solutions

About the role

A client of Khibraty is looking for a high-energy, articulate and presentable Business Development Manager (BDM) to work on-site in its Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia. The role drives sector-specific expansion, runs in-person and virtual client presentations, manages end-to-end sales pipelines and closes high-value software deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire enterprise accounts within assigned verticals through direct engagement and site visits.
• Pitch tailored B2B software, SaaS and automation solutions using deep sector knowledge.
• Lead the full sales cycle: lead qualification, needs discovery, demo presentations, contract negotiations and deal closing.
• Defend delivery timelines, navigate pricing models and handle client objections.
• Maintain strict CRM discipline, tracking conversion rates, pipeline velocity and deal stages.
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Required profile

• Must be physically based in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B software, SaaS or tech solutions sales experience in the Saudi market.
• Proven ability to manage full enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals.
• Experience selling into one or more of: logistics, NGO, hospitality, real estate and construction, retail, gym and spa, or manufacturing.
• Experience presenting to owners, CEOs, general managers, operations directors, finance leaders and IT decision-makers.
• Exceptional fluency in Arabic; English fluency is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of sector platforms such as ERP, CRM, POS/Inventory solutions and HR or business automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with CRM pipeline tracking, forecasting and conversion metrics.
• Strong executive presence and confident presentation skills.
