About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for our event management company. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the event industry.

Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand trends and the competitive landscape.
Develop strategic partnerships within the event industry to expand our network.
Leverage communication, negotiation, and project management skills to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

Proven experience in business development.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement relevant strategies.
Experience building strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication skills.
Negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
Project management experience overseeing multiple projects.
Deep understanding of the event industry.
