Business Development Manager - Hotel Operations Sector

About the role

A client of Khibraty is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in the hotel operations sector in Saudi Arabia, preferably with Front Office Management experience. The role drives sales growth for tailored hospitality technology solutions by using an extensive industry network and knowledge of daily hotel operations and key hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, booking engines, distribution channels and integrations with Saudi government platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with hotel owners, General Managers and Front Office Managers to open new B2B sales opportunities for the tech solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the systems to clients in a clear, persuasive way that addresses operational pain points such as faster check-in, accurate Shomoos reporting and ZATCA billing integration.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and changing hotel needs and give strategic feedback to the product development team.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in hotel operations in Saudi Arabia, preferably as a Front Office Manager or in a similar reception leadership role.
• Complete professional fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Polished corporate and smart-casual appearance, with strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to high-end hospitality.
• Valid Saudi driver's licence and a personal vehicle for field visits and client meetings.

Required skills

• Excellent understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Knowledge of integrations with Saudi platforms such as the Shomoos security system, the National Tourism Monitoring Platform (NTMP) and ZATCA e-invoicing.
