Business Development Manager – Industrial Market (KSA)

About the role

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its specialty construction capabilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be the primary sales driver for high‑value industrial projects, partnering with engineering, technology and operations teams to deliver solutions in structural strengthening, concrete repair, waterproofing, soil stabilization and corrosion control.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales for industrial market segments including oil & gas, refining, manufacturing, power, ports and water/wastewater.
• Manage the full sales cycle for projects ranging from SAR 100,000 to SAR 50,000,000 and support pre‑construction teams.
• Develop new client relationships and nurture existing accounts to achieve financial targets.
• Deliver presentations on infrastructure maintenance solutions and follow up on client feedback.
• Represent STRUCTURAL at industry events, trade shows and conferences.
• Conduct meetings (web‑based, in‑person, email, phone) with current and prospective clients.
• Prepare and revise proposals, assemble bid packages and attend job‑site walks and pre‑bid meetings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database (Salesforce) and enrich contact lists with new leads.
