Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Hunter Amenities is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and client acquisition across Saudi Arabia. The role is heavily field‑based, requiring frequent visits to hotels and independent properties to build relationships and promote the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to map the hospitality landscape and maintain a database of hotel groups, procurement structures and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan, targeting both regional hotel accounts and independent properties.
• Manage new hotel opening projects, up‑selling and cross‑selling at regional office and property level.
• Perform a minimum of twenty field visits per month to create brand awareness and secure new business.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments (customer service, sales support, logistics, finance, marketing, product development) to resolve service issues and uphold service standards.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, report on conversion metrics and revenue impact.

Required profile

• Strong focus on field visits and on‑site client engagement across Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute market entry strategies.
• Experience in hospitality or personal‑care amenities sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal back‑office teams and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work full‑time (100%) with extensive travel requirements.
