About the role
A leading diversified Saudi group is appointing a Chief Growth Officer to build its next engine of growth, focusing initially on healthcare and logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Own the group growth agenda and report directly to the CEO.
- Build new products, services and business lines, starting with healthcare and logistics.
- Originate, structure and close strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
- Take ventures from idea to business case, launch and scale.
- Implement pipeline, governance and metrics to make growth repeatable.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to capture organic growth.
Required profile
- Senior track record of building and scaling businesses, not only advising on them.
- Hands‑on experience structuring partnerships, JVs or new ventures within a large group.
- Background in healthcare, logistics, real estate, automotive or an adjacent sector.
- Ability to work with a CEO, board and senior family stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset focused on sustainable, organic growth.
