Business Development Specialist

About the role

Return is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its Riyadh office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building client relationships to support the company’s go‑to‑market strategies across the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation activities.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring a customer‑centric approach.
• Support the execution of go‑to‑market strategies and pipeline development.
• Assist with CRM setup and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and partnership activities.

Required profile

• Strong market research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in lead generation and customer service.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with sales strategies is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Saudi B2B market is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
