Center Manager

About the role

The Center Manager will lead all aspects of a standalone business unit, overseeing daily operations, staff, and strategic growth. This role ensures smooth facility management, compliance with Saudi regulations, and delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including staff supervision, facility maintenance and budget oversight.
• Lead the team to provide high‑quality customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong occupancy rates.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and fit‑out companies for renovations, space planning and brand‑standard compliance.
• Develop and execute sales and revenue‑growth strategies while controlling costs.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and implement data‑driven improvements for regional management.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi labour laws, health and safety regulations and local cultural norms.
• Foster a positive work environment through staff training, performance evaluations and Saudization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred; master’s degree highly favored.
• 5‑7 years of operations management experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within hospitality or property management.
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of managing teams in a business‑center environment.
