Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – IPO & Finance Transformation

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the CEO and lead the finance function through a period of transformation, governance enhancement, and IPO preparation. This hands‑on executive will build institutional finance capabilities and partner with the Board, shareholders, auditors, investment banks, and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A and financial control functions.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and develop budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Drive IPO workstreams, coordinate with auditors and advisors, and prepare historical financial data for listing.
• Create KPI dashboards, improve profitability analysis, margin initiatives and working‑capital performance.
• Upgrade finance processes, internal controls and maximize the SAP ERP platform.
• Support acquisitions, capital allocation decisions, banking relationships and long‑term strategic planning.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO or Deputy CFO experience.
• Proven track record of leading an IPO or preparing a company for listing.
• Experience managing finance teams of 30+ professionals, preferably in GCC markets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong IFRS knowledge.
