Client Experience Specialist – Event Services

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Client Experience Specialist to support a prestigious international sporting event in Riyadh. You will act as the main point of contact for spectators, teams, officials, sponsors and hospitality guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout the event lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Answer enquiries on ticketing, venue details, hospitality, transportation, accessibility, accreditation and general event information.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborate with Venue Operations, Hospitality, Ticketing, Security, Transportation and Event Operations to deliver coordinated support.
• Assist VIP and premium hospitality clients according to service standards.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM and support systems.
• Monitor service quality metrics, response times and operational KPIs.
• Support live‑event operations by providing timely information to visitors and stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance overall experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, guest relations, contact‑centre operations, hospitality or event management.
• Previous experience with large‑scale sporting or international events is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM or customer‑support platforms.
