Cluster Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Cluster Director of Human Resources leads the HR function across multiple hotel properties, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. You will shape people strategies, drive talent acquisition, and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and direct all HR facets including recruitment, coaching, compensation & benefits, health & safety, performance management and succession planning.
• Recruit high‑caliber employees within budgeted staffing plans to meet business targets.
• Provide functional direction and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Act as a sounding board for colleague concerns, mediate solutions and initiate change when needed.
• Coach and counsel on performance management and employee‑relations issues.
• Maintain high colleague satisfaction and team spirit through active participation in hotel core committees.
• Ensure effective communication throughout the hotel.
• Establish and implement annual HR objectives, budgets and programs in line with the hotel’s strategic plan.
• Foster a cooperative working climate that maximises productivity and morale.

Required profile

• University degree in a related discipline or a professional HR designation.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar HR leadership role.
• Computer literate with proficiency in a computerized payroll system.
• Fluent in English; Gulf experience preferred.
• Demonstrated career progression and stability.
