Cluster Reservations Manager – Luxury Resort (Saudi Nationality)

About the role

The Cluster Reservations Manager will lead the reservations function for Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, a new ultra‑luxury resort in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for driving budgeted revenue across all market segments, handling national and international accounts, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly handle all reservation enquiries, preventing loss of business and maximizing conversion.
• Train and coach reservation agents to improve selling skills and service quality.
• Develop and maintain the department schedule to ensure adequate coverage and high call conversion rates.
• Track call metrics, produce daily/weekly/monthly reports, and adjust selling strategies across channels.
• Maintain reservation administration, including confirmations within 24 hours, no‑show charge validation, and proper filing.
• Support the Director of Revenue Management with system updates and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Training & Development.
• Minimum 3 years experience in luxury hotel or resort reservations, preferably with pre‑opening exposure.
• Strong leadership, training, and delegation abilities.
• Excellent communication, stress‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Opera reservation system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
